The THHF Social Justice Committee
Our vision honors the diversity reflected in the many faces of our one community and engenders hope, respect, and healing for all.
We are a network of Falls Church community members, civic organizations, and faith groups that explore how to create a local culture that is united in diversity.
The Committee stands ready to respond rapidly to community challenges and link them with possible solutions.
Key Priorities:
Strengthen relationships with organizations that share our mission of advocacy and education.
Develop rapid and long-term responses to social justice incidents in the area.
Promote events/activities that further the cause of social justice in Falls Church and surrounding areas..
Identify and maintain the history of social justice issues in Falls Church and vicinity.
Raise awareness of First Nations' history and its contributions to the area.
