Join us for our 12th Annual Spend Yourself® 5K Run/3K Walk on Sunday, November 19 at 8 am. We really hope you'll join us again along the W&OD Trail in the city of Falls Church! This family friendly course is open to all ages, so strollers are welcome! We won't just give you a t-shirt; we'll have free breakfast and hot coffee waiting for you once you cross the finish line on N. Maple Avenue, next to the Church.
